• Overseeing daily operations including financial, project management and technical functions • Supervising, training, coaching, mentoring and motivating personnel• Responsible for strategic planning and technical coordination of telecommunication operations, sales, installation and client liaison• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with personnel in various departments and other key stakeholders• Involved in various projects including coordinating installations and commissioning, resolving complaints and enquiries, managing budgets and expenditure• Analysing, establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls, ensuring system and networks are designed and upgraded to handle future technologies• Providing analysis and hardware solutions for all facilities development projects to ensure effective integration of new and renovated facilities into the telecommunications infrastructure• Marketing and managing a diverse portfolio of peripheral products and services including telephone management systems, announcement devices, voice logging systems and VoIP routing devices• Participating in equipment life-cycle planning and capital acquisition process• Developing short and long term plans to maintain reliability and optimise the efficiency of telecommunications systems• Administering, evaluating and monitoring maintenance and operation programs • Evaluating new technology and services to determine competitive threats and viability of new products and service offerings• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and documentation • Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health and safety regulations
