With over 25 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of roles, including claims handling, claims leadership, insurance defense, and claims compliance, and now as a leader in Westfield’s legal department.I’ve had the opportunity to provide counsel on nearly every aspect of the P&C industry, covering both standard and specialty lines, including claims, underwriting, product and rates, compliance, market conduct regulation, distribution, and complex litigation.In my current role, I lead a team of skilled lawyers responsible for providing guidance on underwriting, product, claims, distribution management, physical security, general services, marketing and communications, intellectual property, and contracts. Additionally, I advise on matters including privacy, cyber security, financial crimes compliance, and enterprise risk.
