Leadership Development Training Specialist
Current• Compile and analyze training data to measure, motivate, and support performanceimprovement recommendations and solutions.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training content, materials, and resources.• Promote a “Guest service excellence” approach for all client and partner interactions andproduct support.• Support a continual process improvement approach to optimize connection points,process, and product.• Communicate and interact professionally with partners of varying levels.• Support training programs with a dynamic, energetic, and warm style.• Assist with update/localize/customize course content to align with business objectives (e.g.,Step into the Magic).• Actively develop and maintain communications and relationships with key partners (StageManagers, Trainers, Working Leads, Specialists, etc.).• Actively engage with Training Managers to ensure training processes and materials areaccurately reflected for businesses supported.• Work closely with area leaders and trainers to ensure understanding and enable utilizationof training processes and materials.
