Driven by a passion to help people become and stay healthy and fit, Eric is an energetic, self-motivated professional with over 29 years of experience managing clubs, training and educating clients at all stages of life. Eric has proven his skill set as a trainer, massage therapist, and coach with a clientele that ranges from professional athletes to amputees, to senior citizens fighting sarcopenia. Eric also teaches group fitness classes, private and group training, sports-specific coaching, offers massage therapy, PNF stretching and sports taping. A published author, Eric has also taught several educational workshops on the topics of nutrition, balance and posture, meditation, yoga, stretching and much more. Along with publishing his book, "A Lifestyle Worth Living", Eric is also the inventor of the yoga bench, a multipurpose, portable meditation bench that holds your yoga mat and developer of Mindful Life Academy, a 200 hour yoga instructor school accredited through Yoga Alliance. Because he can never stop at one career, Eric also sings lead vocals in his band Iconic on the weekends.
