Coordinated construction compliance for major wireless carriers in the telecommunicationsindustry. Performed environmental analysis of construction drawings, Phase I and Phase II ESAs, NEPA/ CEQA documents, Asbestos and Lead-based Paint surveys for liability. Consulted with clients, the public, and other private firms to coordinate deliverables. Managed multiple projects simultaneously to meet strict construction deadlines.

Developed an updated congressional report on biofuel and petroleum lifecycle analysis, carbon intensity of transportation fuels, policy analysis of the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). Reviewed and compiled research on biofuel/petroleum product life cycle analysis of various feedstocks and conversion pathways and utilized the modeling software GREET. Created spreadsheets and graphics in Excel with self-obtained data from a meta analysis of current research. Recommended fuel/feedstock pathways and policy inclusion in an amended RFS.

Performed literature review to compile evidence of sociality in Chondrichthyes. Created spreadsheets and figures in Excel. Contributed towards a PhD candidate's meta-analysis thesis.

Analyzed tree mortality in the Sierra Nevada to establish a link between pre-fire tree mortality and wildfire spread. Used National Agriculture Imagery Program and remote sensing data for the Rim, Lion, and Pier fires. Worked independently within ArcGIS software to generate vector data, analyze trends, and create maps corroborating subject correlation.
