Head of Traidhos Three-Generation Camp ProgramThis role will be split between management responsibilities and activity facilitation during camps.The Head of Camp reports to and works closely with the Head of Community.

The Regional Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the effective execution of our two programs, Chapter & Community Program (CCP) and Eagle Leadership Development Program (ELDP) within their specific region. Regional Program Managers report to their Regional Director and serve on a regional staff that is comprised of both full-time staff and volunteers. Program Managers are the primary conduit between our national, full-time staff and the thousands of volunteers Eagle Leaders who deliver our CCP program in hundreds of communities across the country. Excellence requires tracking and influencing programmatic outcomes while maintaining a relationship-first approach that includes resourcing, advising, encouraging, and mentoring Eagle Leaders.Primary Duties & Responsibilities• Build and maintain genuine relationships with Eagle Leaders; share your story• Train and mentor Eagle Leaders on Team RWB Programs (CCP & ELDP)• Provide timely, consistent, and effective communication of guidance to Eagle Leaders• Assist Eagle Leaders in developing market-specific approaches to successful program outputs• Deliver “Eagle Way” curriculum to Eagle Leaders during Eagle Leader Experiences• Coordinate activities involving multiple Chapters• Execute national and regional events employing appropriate guidance and seeking to maximize outputs• Conduct outreach to increase veteran involvement in the Region• Support fostering and maintenance of relationships with regional partner organizations• Exhibit gratitude to Eagle Leaders, members, and partners• Utilize and ensure utilization of Salesforce and other technologies to ensure programmatic effectiveness• Oversee efficient administration of Chapter budgets; Support Regional Director in management of regional budget• Ensure accurate and timely collection of key metrics & data (interactions, surveys, testimonials)• Support Business Development and Marketing efforts within the Region

3Rd Sfg(A)

Employs conventional and unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in combat engineering and maintains detachment engineer equipment and supplies.Performs and teaches tasks in demolitions, explosives, improvised munitions, U.S. and foreign landmines, mine/counter-mine operations, construction, field fortification, bridging, rigging, electrical wiring, reconnaissance, target analysis and civil action projects. Instructs and performs land and water navigation duties by interpreting maps, overlays, photos, charts and using standard and nonstandard navigational techniques and equipment. Plans, teaches and performs sabotage operations with standard, nonstandard and improvised munitions and explosives. Plans, prepares and conducts the target portion of the area study and conducts briefings, brief-backs and debriefings. Supervises combat engineering functions when conducting split-detachment operations and missions.Directly responsible for sourcing, ordering, procuring and shipping of goods needed by operators deployed. Took a needs based approach while following policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence. Used a global sourcing strategy to drive results with minimal guidance.
