I am a seasoned professional with more than 18 years in business environments from the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer and Production Sales Manager, to the educational environment serving as an online college Admissions Representative. I successfully served as Processing Escalation Department Manager at Streetlinks, directing a department of 70 employees. I am currently with American Association for Physician Leadership, in Community Affairs and I have created a corporate call center with the technology and efficiency to attract, engage and sell educational opportunities to our physician membership network. The Call Center additionally provides invaluable data, generating complex reporting used by every department head to further improve our business insight. Having held several managerial rolls, I understand how to cultivate and build relationships with employees while motivating and challenging direct reports to aspire to be the best they can be.
