Assessing and driving improvement of financial and operational performance of 11 factories across the world : metrics, compliance, inventory follow-up.Successfully drove the improvement of base costs absorption by 3M$.

Units' performances analysis. Implementation of new forms, analyses and indicators.Successfully drove the reduction of days to pay from customers and increase of days to pay to suppliers.

Finance Manager of a 120-to-140M€ manufacturing unit.Shared services implementation

- Implement all processes and tools for the creation of a subsidiary in Moscow : financial team, software, documents workflow, compliance procedures- financial control of the existing rep office

- Assess legal, financial and operational risks at tender stage on potential projects- participate in risks mitigation plans- ensure validation procedures are properly met- support to contracts negotiationI created the process and related tool from scratch in the French unit, plus actively participated in creating the function at the Group level and defining its positionning within the Group.
