My role with GCS was two fold. I specialized as Data Entry as well as Desktop Investigations. My primary responsibility was to insure accurate claimant data was received from our clients and that their investigative goals were met through our investigation methods. The Desktop Investigator portion was to insure that the data received from a client matched national database records then cross-reference that with social media profiles, gather evidence of their activities, movements, reviewing medical records, conducting background checks, and documenting any other persons of interest.Furthermore, I was responsible for physical and digital case records, updating and managing CRM and SaaS records, budgeting cases, managing the sale associates' MoM and YoY audits, condensing summaries for field investigation, and writing reports.
