I started working in professional kitchens as a teenager training under some incredible Chefs that inspired my passion for food. I worked my way up to become Executive Chef at some acclaimed restaurants in downtown Orlando including Pebbles, Manuel’s on the 28th and Harvey’s Bistro. I then segued into manufacturing where I learned large scale production cooking at Chef Creations and became the culinary member of the sales team. I have used this experience to move into an exciting sales position with Kettle Cuisine. I use my culinary knowledge and strong relationships in the industry to provide innovative soups, sauces and sides to leading restaurants, hotels, theme parks and casinos. I am a critical thinker who enjoys solving problems and providing high quality products to my clients and their guests.
