• Overall management of all client projects and relationships, including final review of all project materials/deliverables, meeting with C-level management and development of project methodologies, • Project management of needs assessment and development of business requirements gathering project for Citigroup Institutional Consulting to determine reporting requirements for client performance reporting system, including analysis of workflows, systems, data and output. • Develop all project related materials, including project status reports, communication, resource and risk plans, work-breakdown structures and milestones documentation. • Project management of financial services projects, including development of Investment Systems Policy system using InvestEdge for Glenmede Trust Company (GTC). • Other projects including management of a data center move, development of company web sites, CRM implementations and project’s related to portfolio accounting, portfolio-modeling, trading and performance calculation.• Monitor all project budgets, including the calculation of Earned Value, and other cost related metrics.
