Involved in a number of large contracts related to state government solutions. During all engagements I was engaged in customer conversations, planning, designing, scheduling, coding, testing and deploying a mix of different solutions.Served as the lead developer and database administrator on contract with Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) for their online Unemployment Insurance Benefits presence. This included requirements gathering, design, code, enhancements, production deployment, defect resolution and support. Nationally, this was only the second online implementation of an unemployment benefits website. We engineered a solution where every element of the public web application was stored within back end database and exposed using XML/XSL T .As a lead developer working with Avenade, Accenture, Unisys implemented Siebel solution to manage all elements of their (CDLE) business including unemployment, business taxation, and operations. My technical focus was in a number of areas including data access components, business layer logic, presentation elements, web applications and stored procedures. In addition, I was used as key liaison between business analysts and client(s) to drive understanding of UML and model-driven development.As project manager and lead developer with the Wyoming Secretary of State's office, built only the second real time election results infrastructure in the US. This included back-end management system to set up elections, manage incoming results from remote locations, aggregation and analysis of data, and entire online public facing presence. I managed every element of the project alongside one other individual (DBA) from inception to production including executive communications and vendor relations.
