Through my various roles at Genesee Lake School, I've had the privilege of seeing firsthand the incredible progress that can be made when individuals are given the right support and encouragement. It's truly inspiring to witness the resilience and determination of these children and young adults, as well as their families, as they overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.Since moving into the admissions department, I've had the opportunity to assemble a dedicated and talented team. In addition, I actively participate in executive census and budget meetings. During these meetings, I leverage my experience and expertise to analyze market trends and provide valuable insights into key decision-making processes. Whether it's identifying opportunities to increase census, improving operational efficiencies, or reducing obstacles, I'm committed to contributing to the continued success and growth of our organization.
