Leading commercial operations for Latin America. This responsibility includes leading a multi-functional organization across national accounts and distributor markets across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Positioned Latin America to be the biggest growth engine for Duracell globally. Grew Net Revenue (+10%) and Operating Income (+25%). Drove simplification across multi-functional pillars, resulting in increased organizational capacity and significant cost savings.  Worked with US and foreign embassies to optimize business operations.

Served as Vice President and General Manager across multiple North American customers to include Walmart US, Walmart Canada, Target, and Sam’s Club. Grew Operating Income 21% over 6 years. Transformed the relationship with Walmart from transactional to collaborative by designing category growth platforms which enabled both parties consistently grow profits.  Negotiated a multi-year, multi million dollar exclusivity contract with Sam’s Club.  Delivered sustainable / profitable market share growth of 11% across 6 years. Achieved highest market share at Walmart behind a Tier 1 new item launch.

Held multiple influential roles across the sales organization, including North American National Sales Manager of Duracell, Strategy & Planning for North American Tide, and Sam’s Club Fabric Care National Account Manager. In addition, led design of North American Go to Market organization for Duracell when carving out of P&G. Designed Go-to-Market strategy, which resulted in profitable NA market share growth of 15% Led exclusive distribution negotiations across multiple national NA retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, CVS, Safeway, Family Dollar, and more. Led design of Go-to-Market capabilities when carving out of P&G, such as organizational design, trade fund management, and SAP customer setup.

 Initiated trade fund management strategy on Tide, which resulted in $100M in savings.

 Fabric Care National Account Executive on Sam’s Club managing a several hundred million dollar portfolio.  Led execution of liquid laundry compaction.

Held many growing responsibilities across Gillette Grooming Division to include National Sales, Strategy & Planning and Sales Analytics. My most recent role was the Personal Care National Account Manager on Walmart US.
