Eric Foster's practice focuses on cannabis law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (public and private), regulatory compliance and emerging companies. Eric routinely acts as counsel to both public and private issuers and securities dealers, with a particular focus on the cannabis, life sciences, mining, real estate and technology sectors.
