Position Summary:As a Team Lead for the JobStart program, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding young adults who face significant barriers in life. This role demands a balance of empathy, leadership, and keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by each participant. You will be instrumental in shaping their future, ensuring their integration into the workforce and society with confidence and skill.Key Responsibilities:Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance, mentorship, and support to participants, understanding their unique challenges and aspirations.Program Leadership: Oversee the execution of the program's curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the needs of the participants and the goals of Steepletown.Team Management: Supervise, train, and support the JobStart program staff. Ensure the team works cohesively, maintaining a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for the participants.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with community organizations, local businesses, and other stakeholders to facilitate job placements and further support for participants.Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine the program curriculum and methodologies based on feedback, success stories, and evolving community needs.Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on program metrics, including participant progress, job placements, and overall program effectiveness.

Established and implemented stategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. Built a creative, intergrated, multi-channel marketing department that increased brand awareness and reputation for Miami Meals' awareness and reputation. Resulted in steady stream of sales leads for the company.
