I was retained post-acquisition and tasked to lead transformation efforts across the institutional fixed income groups. Highlights of my accomplishments include:Maintained seamless IT operations throughout transition, enabling single sign-on between both data centers using Microsoft Azure.Expanded the institutional client portal to enable better visibility and more efficient reporting capabilities across both organizations’ client data.Guided a culture shift that boosted transparency, improved engagement and collaboration, and enabled teams to embrace the power of technology.Served as Lead Architect and formed Stifel’s Solution Architecture team. This team served multiple agile release trains by providing technical designs, documentation, technical guidance, and producing and demonstrating proofs of concept.

I joined the organization to provide IT leadership in the design and development of enterprise sales, trading, and analytics applications for delivering critical fixed income market analytics, inventory, and trade-related information, increasing sales and company profitability as well as providing services for both internal and external client reporting. In this role, I partnered with the CIO to lead digital transformation initiatives and modernize legacy IT operations across the enterprise. I proactively identified areas for improvement through the lens of a strong financial background and a cost savings focus. I recruited and managed a team of software architects and engineers as well as an IT services budget of $2M.Highlights of my accomplishments include:• Overhauled complex bond analytics process by implementing cloud services and reduced reporting time from 5 days to 1 day. • Built and rolled out a set of analytic tools that enabled the institutional sales team to make bond swap decisions in real-time, drastically improving sales and customer experience. Decreased time, printing costs, and staffing, saving $300k+.• Reduced the company’s Bloomberg Terminal budget by $500k YOY.• Key driver in growing overall revenue by $5-10M over legacy due to efficiencies gained.
