My passion is to come alongside others in their faith journey, point them to Christ, and empower them in their giftings. My goal is to strike a balance between managing the overall dreams and passions of the church while stepping into the realities of the college campus and the lives of those I lead.I develop leaders on the college campus by equipping them with a robust knowledge of discipleship and evangelism skills and coaching them toward their goals. I help in the function of the church as an organization by exercising a high level of communication and leadership, deploying strategy, coordinating events, and facilitating responsibility. I have experience developing systems and the content necessary to explain and promote those systems on an interpersonal and programmatic level.I have a team of people who sacrifice their finances and pray diligently for me to work full-time ministering to college students.
