With a passion for leadership and service spanning nearly 40 years, I have cultivated a diverse, multifaceted career encompassing military service, law enforcement, non-profit leadership, entrepreneurship, and executive management. My experiences have provided me with a unique skill set that blends operational effectiveness with a commitment to community impact.I began my journey as an enlisted Recon Marine, serving for eight years in one of the most demanding and elite branches of the military. This experience instilled in me the core values of discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking, laying a solid foundation for my leadership style. During my time with the Marines, I honed my skills in critical thinking and adaptive problem-solving, which proved invaluable throughout my career.I transitioned to law enforcement, dedicating 10 years to serving my community. In various roles, I focused on building trust and transparency between law enforcement and the public. My dedication to integrity and service allowed me to positively influence those around me while managing high-pressure situations.Following my law enforcement career, I embraced new challenges as an executive leader in the non-profit sector for 15 years. I directed initiatives that addressed social issues and championed community well-being. My ability to cultivate partnerships with local businesses and government organizations amplified our impact and helped create sustainable programs that benefited countless individuals.Simultaneously, I explored my entrepreneurial spirit, owning and operating a small business for five years. This experience broadened my understanding of operational excellence, finance, and customer service, reinforcing the importance of adaptability and innovation in achieving success.Most recently, I served as a Naval Officer for two years, furthering my leadership experience in dynamic environments.
