I am a Senior Real Estate Equity Analyst within Berkadia’s Mortgage Banking Group. The team specializes in providing reliable debt and equity solutions for commercial real estate transactions encompassing all sizes and geographies. I seek to leverage my strong relationships with a broad range of lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, life insurance companies (31 correspondents), banks, REITS, CMBS, conduits and debt funds to help our sponsor partners effectively execute on their business plans. Since beginning my career at Berkadia in 2017, I have been a key member of deal teams responsible for over $900MM of closed transactions across all four "food groups". Prior to joining Berkadia, I was an Audit Senior with Deloitte & Touche LLP. During my three years in public accounting, I researched and applied GAAP accounting principles to key transactions of Fortune 500 clients, designed tailored analytical procedures to test relational account balances, and oversaw the workflow of junior audit staff and our overseas specialist teams.
