Led a 17 joint member team through two deployment rotations wherein my diverse background and extensive career field knowledge laid the groundwork for an innovative new mast training plan, refining the certification procedures and complying with Air Operations Center requirements. Orchestrated the logistics of two intra-theater advanced tactical data link courses, correcting the training deficiencies of 34 joint personnel assigned to the Central Command area of responsibility and ultimately raising Air Defense Systems Integrator, Joint Range Extension equipment, and Operational Task Link expertise. Governed the 346 tactical data link network that facilitated 25,000 sorties, 47,000 mission hours and the employment of 37,000 weapons, advancing the war on extremist ideologies. Primed the United States and Coalition led tactical data link architecture in preparation for the 105 missile onslaught of three suspected chemical weapon facilities located in Syria, meeting the objectives of the President of the United States and our Coalition partners.

Managed physical, personnel, industrial, and information security programs with the use of active and passive facility security systems. Developed Standard Operating Procedures and implemented Department of Defense and Air Force requirements regarding the identification and authentication of the $125 million dollar secure facility. Oversaw a $1,800 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility door upgrade project that helped ensure the external door alarm system would activate when triggered. Managed a $2,000 lobby security camera installation that provided 100% coverage of the facility's single point of entry into the $125 million dollar building. Enforced the entry control requirements by processing 3,219 visitors by vetting and ensuring proper entry authorization procedures were followed prior to their arrival.

Led 19 personnel with the execution of 38,000 Air Tasking Order inputs from eight nations that helped fortify the fight against Da'esh and Al Qaeda operations in the Arabian Peninsula. Helped ensure the safe passage of 28 last minute Air Tasking Order additions during execution and reviewed 3,170 airlift mission inputs, providing crucial mission details to the Airspace Control Authority and the Senior Air Defense Officer, thus preventing airspace violations. Established an innovative annotation and tracking system of tactical mission information across consecutive Air Tasking Orders, preventing 6,000 air defense violations and ensuring Pakistan and Afghanistan airspace remained sanitized to coalition aircrafts only. Coordinated the movement of 740 strategic leaders and 2,000 staff members, including the First Lady of the United States, the Secretary of the Air Force and othe Congressional Delegates, fortifying the strength of the coalition by enabling key leader engagement.

Lead Command and Control Battle Management Operations inspector for the Air Combat Command (ACC) Inspector General. Responsible for inspecting all Air and Space Operation Centers, Air Control Squadrons, and Air Defense Sectors within the Air Combat Command and the Air National Guard.

Led a three person team in the execution of over 38,000 changes to the Air Tasking Order and the distribution of 2,160 new air tasking orders throughout the entire theater of operations. These updates were crucial to ensuring that all friendly air assets had complete situational awareness and achieved the Combined Air Component Commander's operational objectives. Managed the development of new procedures for posting the daily air tasking order changes, eliminating redundancy and reducing distribution time by 35%. Manged the consolidation of the Division's training objectives for the new training Operating Instruction that were key to streamlining the outdated process and reducing unnecessary overlap and saving the Air Force over $15,000 annually.

Vital in the management of 17 enlisted members and ensured 106 requirements supporting the Drug Demand Reduction, Honor Guard, Security Forces, and other various 325th Fighter Wing programs were filled. As non commissioned officer in charge of Small Computers Maintenance Flight, demonstrated astute attention to detail as the computer systems equipment custodian managing 789 equipment items valued at $824,000 and was conducive to ensuring over 300 computers were upgraded to the most recent operating system. Efforts were fundamental to the wing achieving an Outstanding rating during the 2010 Command Cyber Readiness Inspection by ensuring 96 workstations met higher headquarters requirements. As a Weapons Technician, was influential in the safe exectution of 129 live training missions. Supported 309 Air Battle Managers by providing essential safety of flight information as well as critical air traffic control coordination that ensured a safe training environment, resulting in the two-time selection as Outstanding Live Technician by graduating classes. As Additional Duty First Sergeant, the careful examination of the Family Care Plans in preparation for the 2011 Headquarters Air Education and Training Command Unit Compliance Inspection lef to a wing rating of Excellent.

Responsible for maintaining and inspecting all aircrew survival equipment worn and used by pilots and aircrew personnel. Performed Quality Assurance (QA) and Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) duties on survival equipment. Types of survival equipment maintained and inspected consisted of parachutes, life preservers, life rafts, seat survival kits, and oxygen equipment.
