Supporting all of the administrative & educational technology for the Butler Area School District. In the 5+ years that I've been there, my role has been divided across several different key areas: Regularly conducting training classes & workshops to educate teachers to leverage hardware and educational software into their curricula, improve engagement, & consequently shape what role technology plays in the district's educational roadmap.Implemented & managed a Mobile Device Management solution that consisted of over 1700 iOS devices, hundreds of usage-case customizations, & thousands of apps.Maintain all district software platforms supporting district administration, instruction, & assessment.As the PIMS Data Administrator, I manage all of the databases & software that support administrative functions related to the district's State Reporting, and maintain the quality of that data. I also work directly with the Superintendents, Administrators, the Pennsylvania Department of Education, & third-party vendors in order to maintain State data-compliance across the district.Analyze & integrate various disparate systems & applications within the district.As part of a 9-person IT Dept, we enabled a school district of 6500+ students and 500+ teachers to facilitate in-person instruction during the COVID-19 viral pandemic, as well as to transition from in-person to remote learning. This included all of the software and hardware infrastructures, as well as providing the Professional Development to make it all possible.
