Independent designer and teacher of curriculum for test prep (ACT,SAT, ISEE) along with Inquiry Based Learning. Marketed and executed online SAT prep course where each student saw an increase in their cumulative score. Created a curriculum for after-school programs, including a catapult building class where all the material was sourced from up-cycled sources. Hired and coached educators in a STEM based summer learning program (Galileo). Guided/collaborated with leadership team to create systems that foster a safe and engaging learning environment. Parent survey feedback indicated an enjoyable environment where students were excited about attendance each day. Coached educators on team that resulted in improved classroom management and execution of curriculum.
