More recently, I worked as a Patient Service Associate who made appointments for patients, conducted outbound calls and accepting incoming calls for appointments and other notes given from the staff and resident doctors. Finally, I scanned the various documents from different departments into the patient's charts and printed records for the patients.During the course of the pandemic, I contacted individuals who test positive for COVID-19 as well as anyone that the individual was in contact with during the incubation and infectious periods. Additionally, I alerted the public that the vaccines are available at the pharmacies at the stores where I was assigned. Now, I continue my passion to give back to the community through working as a youth sports coach and am looking to transition into technology with courses specializing in front end development, web design, and information technology.
