Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, and Executive Director for the Pembroke Pines YMCA Aquatic Center. My area of focus was developing, organizing, and implementing high-quality YMCA aquatic programming. My duties also included; providing direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for aquatics staff in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures that create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement.

Weston Ymca

Responsibilities include supervising staff and ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable aquatic environment for our YMCA members and participants. Other duties included; hire, train, scheduling and supervising lifeguard staff; ensuring that the aquatic environment is safe and healthy and that maintenance (filters, water quality) is maintained; ensured that aquatics programs and services are delivered in accordance with all YMCA Aquatic Safety Standards; served as a role model and team leader for lifeguards by demonstrating exemplary job skills and behavior.
