Have also helped grow the support team by pushing for innovation and productivity changes that have resulted in better customer and employee satisfaction. Helping drive NPS results within my team by offering up reviews and feedback on our customer interactions. One of only two support employees globally to achieve multiple years of 100% NPS feedback. I've also grown into a position of helping the American based support team run efficiently in the day to day work we perform. Making sure we have proper coverage for the different avenues of support we offer (email, phone, & chat). Provided ongoing help to teammates with regards to how to work with their own customers and how/when to offer various levels of service to our customers and channel partners. This is primarily driven by the need to bolster efficiencies as our product and services portfolio has grown over the years; finding ways to adapt to changing support roles while continuing to exhibit high levels of customer satisfaction.
