Project sales for upcoming semesters and school year based on previous sales.

As an account manager my job is to work with schools directly to obtain the upcoming years book list. This book list would be made available to students and parents via the Virtual Bookstore to purchase their textbook before the start of class. The account manager position depends greatly on customer service and attention to detail which en-return would increase sales. This position required me to develop a relationship through email, phone and face to face contact.

This position allowed me to work directly with customers face to face to give them the best customer service and a quality product. These products include checking saving accounts, CD's and loans.

Worked the day to day operations of the branch. Included accounts receivable, car rental, up sale customers and try to increase volume of business. I had the opportunity to open a branch at a local car dealer which allowed me to work directly with dealership customers and create a relationship with the service manager. With this branch I started with four cars and increases it to thirty.
