Responsible for seamless transition of R&D NPI products into production at in-house factories and various contract manufacturers throughout Asia, product cost reduction roadmaps and implementation (2nd source qualification, process yields, test-time-reduction, etc.), and capacity planning and expansion execution. In August 2015, JDSU (now Viavi Systems) spun off Lumentum Inc. as a separate public company.

Managed all engineering development; design and verification testing, manufacturing assembly and test, reliability and standards compliance, and intellectual property. Aduro delivered several transmitter and receiver optical subassembly products that addressed 1G & 10G datacom, digital video transmission, and aerospace fiber link markets. Acquired by Omron Corporation.

Co-founded Blaze Network Products, a start-up company that manufactured WDM subsystems for enterprise and metropolitan networking equipment suppliers. Managed the Technology Development Group, Process Automation Group, Test Engineering Group, and established Blaze's Microfabrication Development Group. Instituted Blaze's intellectual property program that resulted in over 10 patents and numerous documented manufacturing trade secrets. Established and facilitated Blaze's Technical Advisory Board. Led the standardization effort for CWDM in several Standards Bodies (IEEE 10G Ethernet, ANSI 10G Fibrechannel, OIF OC192 VSR, OIF OC768 VSR). Served as clause editor for the IEEE 802.3ae 10G Ethernet standard.
