New technical solutions development and business promotion, for the electrical propulsion solution, Multi-drive solution, Hybrid propulsion solution (PTO/PTI), High/low speed shaft generator, Waste heat recovery system (WHRS), DC grid solution, DAC (dynamic Alternating Current) solution, etc.Key account management for owners, shipyards, designers of the target vessel type.

Led the quotation work for all the electric equipment to estimate the shipbuilding price. Finalize and sign the shipbuilding specification and manufacturer list with owner. Led the technical meeting with all the manufacturers and sign the technical agreement.Led the detailed design of all the electrical system.Led the internal and external technical coordination to solve all the problems during ship building stage.Led all the electrical equipment tests during sea trial and gas trial.Led the final technical gap closing business with owner, manufacturer and surveyor.
