Answerable for the daily operations of 3 Military Police (MP) Stations; managed the execution of law enforcement requirements of over 75 Soldiers and 6 Korean National employees. Responsible the daily employment of the Military Police Working Dog Teams, Traffic Accident investigators, Military Police Investigations Sections, Detention Operations and Civil support operations. The three Military Police Stations supported 11 military installations within the region. Planned, coordinate and facilitated weekly briefings to the division and garrison leadership on previous crime trends using various Microsoft products (PowerPoint). Commended on the superior planning, resourcing, and executing Military Police response forces during the regional Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection exercise. Received an Achievement Award for training over 575 Soldiers in the execution of security duties on three installations during a Korean Security Guard contract strike. Responsible for the procurement of supplies, vehicles, equipment and facilities valued at over $6,100,000.00.

Oversaw the daily operations for a Combat Support Military Police Company in direct support of I Corps and FORSCOM contingency operations; directed the employment of 170 Soldiers. Responsible for the health, welfare, and training of eight Soldiers in the operations section; principle advisor to the commander on all operational matters; planed, facilitated, coordinated and briefed internal and external taskings, company field training exercise, and major training events. Responsible for preparing and reviewing operations orders, after action reports, and briefings in support of garrison and combat operations. Developed the Company training program which directly resulted in the 98% combat readiness for the unit to provide full spectrum operations within 90 days of redeployment from Iraq. Established the Law Enforcement training and certification program that standardized the training guide lines and requirements for Military Police on Fort Lewis. Maintained a 100 percent law enforcement training and certification rate for all assigned policemen with zero percent officer safety incident reports.

While assigned to the 28th Military Police Detachment I was assigned to perform duties as the Operations Manager from July 2002 to Feb 2005. I was then laterally promoted to perform duties as the unit Detachment Sergeant from Feb 2005 to Aug 2006.I was selected as the Detachment Sergeant for a 105 Soldier deployable Military Police Detachment supporting two locations geographically separated by 350 miles. I was responsible for the training, discipline, health, welfare, morale and spirit de-corps of all assigned Soldiers. I groomed and mentors all Non-commissioned Officers within the unit. I served as the unit Commander primary advisor on all matters concerning the unit. I monitored and oversaw all assignment, promotions, training plans, and disciplinary actions. . I utilized various Microsoft programs and web based software for word processing, data entry, charts, graphs, reports, and spreadsheets. I ensured the accuracy and timeliness of all unit administrative actions and reports. I was responsible for the accountability and serviceability of $5,000,000 in unit equipment. • Hand selected over senior Soldiers to be the Detachment Sergeant by the Military Police Battalion command team resulted in numerous accolades for superior performance.• Provided expert tactical guidance for the installation Special Reaction Team, resulting in 100% team certification.

I oversaw the daily operations for a deployable Combat Support Military Police Detachment providing support to U.S. Army Pacific and law enforcement to US Army Alaska. I supervised and mentored the welfare, safety, training, leadership, morale, and discipline of 105 military personnel.
