Eglin Air Force Base, Florida

Eric served as the Assistant Program Director for the 7th Special Forces Group based out of Eglin AFB. As a change management specialist, Eric provides both advisory and instructional expertise for a resource integration and equipment modernization program sponsored by the U.S. Special Operations Command. Over the past few years alone, Eric has directly managed an asset portfolio valued in the millions as well as a team of 4 senior-level military professionals. Eric has additionally been able to forge strategic partnerships with industry suppliers to solve recurring equipment issues; identifying new options to increase overall performance and safety. He has also developed and delivered instruction on newly-approved force structure constructs and new equipment to over 500+ members of the Special Forces. Most notably, Eric was able to successfully save over $1M+ in operating expenses after resolving a military vehicle capability gap.

Eglin Air Force Base, Florida

From 2013 to 2016, Eric contributed as a Senior Operations Manager for the headquarters of the 7th Special Forces Group where he oversaw a team of 200 Special Forces Soldiers as well as millions of dollars in capital group assets. Over the course of his tenure, he developed and implemented numerous process improvements and also established an innovative train-the-trainer program in advanced maintenance to ensure that group vehicles and equipment were fully operational at all times. Eric, concurrently, managed a highly-specialized team of 34 prepared to deploy worldwide within six hours of notification and was requested, by name, to oversee a Presidential security detail in the Caribbean requiring precise coordination with the U.S. Secret Service.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina

In 2010, Eric was selected to serve as a Senior Program Instructor for the JFK Special Warfare Center and School (JFKSWCS) where he designed, resourced, and facilitated several U.S. Special Forces intelligence and tactical operations courses to include one of the most dangerous training courses offered at the JFKSWCS. Over the course of his tenure, he mentored, coached, and evaluated over 200+ students per year while supervising a team of 8 Assistant Instructors and $500K in instructional resources. Not only did Eric earn recognition from the Commanding General of the U.S. Special Operations Command for his outstanding performance during a VIP visit, but was also chosen to represent the U.S. Special Operations Command during a high-profile training exercise in Tel Aviv.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Immediately after graduating from the U.S. Special Forces Qualification Program in 2002, Eric was promoted to the position of Senior Special Forces Communications Sergeant. As a key member of a 12-man team, he was responsible for planning, implementing, and executing real-world operations and exercises in highly-austere environments across the globe. Over an 8-year period, Éric managed over $500K in group communications assets and developed and facilitated specialized training programs that enabled our foreign partners to build their skills in counterterrorism and counter-narcotics tactics. Eric additionally served as an Assault Team Leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom where he led teams of U.S. Joint Task Force members and partner nation counterparts in the fight against terror. He also earned recognition from U.S. Ambassadors, country team officials, and foreign military leaders for contributing towards regional stability objectives after executing multiple joint training exercises in places to include South America and the Caribbean.
