At this station, the Lithium Niobate die is mounted in the modulator housing by hand with the use of an epoxy. This epoxy, which serves as the conductor for the die, is placed in the housing using an automated process.• Other job responsibilities included the start of fibers and modulator housings in the company software system. These tasks called for the mastering of the company software in order to utilize many trouble-shooting skills to solve network related inventory issues.• Job ended as a result of lay-offs due to economic downturn.
