Consult with medium to large commercial trucking fleets with a goal of increasing uptime and decreasing costs through the implementation of a comprehensive tire and lite mechanical ERS program. Work with Michelin Commercial Service Network dealers to improve the operational effectiveness of their ERS team. Manage the relationship with our case management/call center partners. Train and consult with commercial sales force so that they are armed with the tools and knowledge to create flexible fleet ERS programs that bring peace of mind to our customers through the reduction of downtime as well as hard and soft costs associated roadside breakdowns.
