UCSB First is a student run organization working under the Office of Development. Our mission is to spread a culture of philanthropy throughout campus and the greater UCSB community by mentoring and uplifting student run groups. •Oversee the distribution of cash grants, plan and run events hosted by the Office of Development, and partner with other departments and offices on campus•Successfully co-lead a team through project based tasks and weekly meetings

•Effectively communicate UCSB First’s mission of spreading a culture of philanthropy to other organizations and groups on campus•Lead the outreach and recruitment efforts for the purpose of increasing membership in UCSB First and participation in several events throughout the year such as the Philanthropy Awards Dinner and the Senior Class Gift•Participate in multiple meetings per week working under the UCSB Office of Development, in which I assist in planning and hosting events with the Director team

•Successfully created online customer service content which taught political campaigns how to utilize CallTime.AI software to streamline their fundraising•Participated and provided input during daily meetings regarding future services, products, and implementation of CallTime.AI•Effectively worked with a three-person team on a daily basis fulfilling customer requests, data input, and daily contact with political campaigns•Worked with software programs such Tableau, NGP VAN, and Act Blue
