I strive for 100% customer satisfaction in answering all questions and concerns related to a student's balance, financial aid package, financial literacy, and budgeting for living in New York City. I work with students to keep their student debt at manageable levels and to work with them on understanding their indebtedness and repayment options once classes are over.Half of the team that awarded over $30,000,000 to almost 900 students for the 2017-2018 academic year. Provides counseling services related to veterans' benefits and financial aid, and provides information regarding resources specific to veterans. Coordinates Yellow Ribbon Program participation.
