As operations manager, I am in charge of managing the client relationships with our large volume clients as well as overseeing all internal processes and workflows. I directly manage our post-judgment staff, and I am responsible for ensuring that all client standards and procedures are being adhered to throughout the department. I work closely with our Compliance team in coordinating all onsite audits and build and maintain our internal training modules.

I started in post-judgment, where I filed all executions with the Court, filed motions, corresponded with Court Officers and Sheriffs, filed warrants of satisfaction/dismissals, reviewed bankruptcy filings, and incoming correspondence with consumers. I then worked with our litigation department, filing motions, requesting adjournments and handling the flow of incoming and outgoing discovery. During this time, I also processed new claims received electronically and did the case management system programming behind our documents and processes flows.
