Instructor/Writer for vehicle platform presentation of small group instruction for approximately 96 students annually. Trained prospective Master Gunner instructors and provided quality assurance documentation. Developed and delivered all technical training materials. Conducted small group and individual activities based on differentiated learning needs. Organized and presented over 30 hours of hands-on activities per class. Supervised instruction on operation and organizational maintenance of weapons systems and specialized equipment. Formulated course lesson plans, supplemental materials, practical exercises, and examinations for over 178 hours of instruction. Responsible for the maintenance and operational readiness of 10 military combat vehicles and all ancillary equipment valued in excess of $10,000,000. Led team in physical fitness training, including long and short distance runs. Developed and implemented training programs; evaluated instruction and performance outcomes. Operations NCO at United States Army Europe (USAREUR)'s Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC). Responsible for the management, authoring, and publication of Division level operations orders. Ensured the accomplishment in the administrative actions of a Brigade level Operations Officer (S3) and supported the S3 Chief of Training in meeting long-range and short-term planning, and execution goals. Managed and tracked USAREUR and Joint Multinational Training Center (JMTC) orders and tasking’s. Managed the publication of the JMRC short and long-range training and mission-support calendars. Processed country clearance requests for Soldiers traveling outside Germany.

Tank Platoon Sergeant assigned to an Armored Cavalry Regiment Reconnaissance Troop. Managed the welfare, development, and training for 16 Soldiers and their families. Planned, prepared, and executed all individual and collective training tasks and operations. Prepared and executed the rapid real-world deployment to Operations New Dawn in Iraq. Planned, prepared, and executed the tactical employment of the platoon's assigned weapon systems and personnel. Enforced quality control over the maintenance and accountability of assigned vehicles, to include four Abrams tanks, four HMMWV's, two wheeled armored personnel carriers, weapons, and ancillary equipment valued at over $30,000,000.Supervisor of a platoon sized element in combat operations, providing leadership and tactical guidance to 30 Soldiers. Received and implemented combat orders and directed deployment of personnel in offensive, defensive and retrograde operations. Management officer for the training and usage of the weapons systems during Operation New Dawn. Supervised operation and organizational maintenance of weapons systems and specialized equipment. Reduced insurgents’ ability to engage Coalition Forces by advising Iraqi National police in patrolling techniques. Implemented reconnaissance operations in Al Kut, Iraq, and preventing further insurgent activity. Experienced in managing multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment.
