Provided support and management to project management team on over 55 projects in San Diego County. Successfully closed out 42 projects working with various clients on contracts ranging from $100,000 – $12.6 million. Managed and scheduled company project managers, site foremen, lead carpenters and skilled laborers. Reported to ownership on all oversight of projects, negotiations of contracts, revisions to designs and clients wants or needs in weekly executive meeting. Lead project management meetings to ensure effective project objectives, time management and client satisfaction. Monitored weekly financial status reports, project schedules and daily logs/reports for project managers. Collaborated with architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and project managers on new designs, RFIs and change orders. Managed and trained owners and project management team on new Construction Management Software, CoConstruct. Provided aid and helped office management, HR and office assistant with any paperwork, interviews, invoices, and quality control. Preformed weekly site walks of all projects to ensure safety measures are being taken, timelines and productivity are being executed and craftsmanship is at its highest level.

Determined all project specifications, managed all submittals from subcontractors and acquired the necessary materials for completion. I was tasked with maximizing project efficiency, profitability and job progress after project got behind schedule. Tracked all performance and analyzed all Milestones/Key Goals to get to final completion date. I was responsible for upholding project standards, compliance regulations and adjusting specifications for completion of project.
