About Eric Hatton

I have a strong work ethic which I developed through my early experiences growing up on a farm; taking care of animals, hay hauling, building fence, etc. I love being outdoors and I discovered the beauty of the wilderness when I went to work as a wilderness guide for a wilderness program. I enjoyed guiding at-risk-youth through their wilderness experiences and having a positive impact on their lives. In my role as a coach, I am continuing that vocation as a mentor and a guide in helping young men to develop their identities and become independent. I am also passionate about helping organizations succeed, by improving processes, building or adapting systems and defining roles and responsibilities.
