• Develop strategic partnerships alongside a team of 17 marine consultants and contractors while delivering technical support and executing critical infrastructure repairs to the waterfront facilities and dock piling systems while supporting full refinery operations, $9MM+.• Develop and implement key GMP initiatives in collaboration with the corporate quality team, 5 -department Heads. Renovated employee restrooms, locker and break rooms valued at $2MM+ in response to Safe Quality Food audit’s cited facility deficiencies. Abated asbestos insulation, lead paint, wood materials and glass panes from food processing areas.• Optimize existing product sieving process and improved sieving performance. Analyze Industrial and Commercial product specification requirements for opportunities to process Industrial grade products on the Commercial Sieving machines, and process Commercial grade products on the Industrial sieving machines to address equipment failures and maintain customer delivery commitments, $1.5MM savings.• Conduct and analyze equipment condition assessments on product rotating dryers to determine the severity of repairs needed to restore required OEE, six drying units replenished, totaling $4.8MM.
