Wrote the campaign plan and $80,000 budget for an incumbent Board of Supervisors campaign.Managed candidate call time and built a fundraising operation that began with less than $5,000 cash on hand. Served as on the record source for the campaign and contact for all press relations. Designed and implemented an earned media strategy based on false claims made by our opponent which defined all media coverage of the race in the final two weeks of the campaign.Wrote content for the campaign’s website, mailers, walk cards, fundraising emails, blast emails and press releases. Hired and managed a team of consultants consisting of a Pollster, Opposition Researcher, Mail and Internet Consultants.Achieved a 21% margin of victory, outperforming the Democratic ticket by 11% among shared precincts.

Wrote the field plan and $110,000 budget for West Virginia's 1st Congressional District.Managed a staff of 7 Field Organizers, 3 GOTV Canvass Leads and Five offices for a Red-to-Blue targeted Congressional race.Developed and designed Persuasion and Turnout universes with the DCCC Targeting team using a District specific model, turnout scoring, past voting history, and polling data from the campaign.Constructed a field operation that generated over 191,000 ID calls and 53,000 Volunteer Recruitment calls in a span of 8 weeks.This was the closest open seat race in the country in a McCain District, only losing by .8%, or 1400 votes.

Consulted for Texas State Representative Patrick Rose running a voter registration program that registered 8000+ voters in one month, and coordinated a GOTV canvass resulting in a 21 point victory.Ran a GOTV phone program for Arkansas State Representative Darrin Williams resulting in a 58 point win.Managed a citywide field program for Austin At-Large City Council candidate Cid Galindo.Designed a random sample, questions and question structure, and cross tabulated results using SPSS for a survey for a local ballot initiative which won by a 54 point margin.Organized, budgeted, managed staff and volunteers for voter contact, identification, and GOTV efforts.Designed and developed voter targeting, voter contact plans, prepared campaign finance reports, and coordinated spending on TV and Direct Mail advertising.

Lobbied Hays County, TX for a new Justice Center. Built a coalition of elected officials, community leaders, while managing relations and pitching stories to the local press. Conducted extensive opposition research on competing proposals.

Managed 25 employees for a bond election involving a paid phone bank and canvass program, get out the vote program, voter targeting, and the campaign voter file.

Managed over 200 employees and 100 volunteers on 7 County and Municipal campaigns in a county of 150,000 residents. Managed a paid canvass program, paid phone bank, and voter targeting for each individual campaign, 6 of which were victorious.

Organized over 30 volunteers for voter contact through canvassing, phone banking, and GOTV efforts in Hays County, TX.Hays County was the only county in his district to see an improvement over his result in 2004.

Organized over 150 volunteers to canvass, register voters, staff phone banks and ensure voter turn-out in the general election and run-off. Our efforts resulted in the election of the first Texas State University student to city council in over 30 years.
