The specialist will leverage their proficiency in Excel and deep understanding of the mortgage and student loan industries to manage and teach data-related practices, overseeing hundreds of accounts nationwide.Key Responsiblities:Coordinate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between law firms and mortgage servicers to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and report data specific to mortgage and student loan accounts.Account Management: Oversee the administration of hundreds of bankruptcy accounts across the nation, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bankruptcy case management and student loan adversary proceedings.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to bankruptcy servicing.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
