This role will partner with the Desktop Engineering, Global Service Desk and Enterprise Operations teams globally to ensure security technology solutions are deployed and operated in alignment with all aspects of core… Show more The Lead, Computing Platform Security Technologies – HDE is part of the team responsible for ensuring ongoing operational support related to the J&J’s Hard Drive Encryption (HDE) and other security technologies within the infrastructure designed to protect the endpoint. This role will partner with the Desktop Engineering, Global Service Desk and Enterprise Operations teams globally to ensure security technology solutions are deployed and operated in alignment with all aspects of core engineering and design tenants.The Lead will also be responsible for maintaining the management environments for HDE a that controls settings for clients on Windows workstations. Expertise in Hard Drive Encryption products including but not limited to WinMagic. Manage all HDE environments; coordinate and collaborate with business units and IT leadership to provide appropriate protection and exceptions. Global Support Change/Incident Management related to technologies responsible for; provide support to the Critical Response Team (CRT) as the HDE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve emergency situations that may be related.In addition, he/she will assist Engineering and Operational functions with the implementation of new/updated infrastructure technologies. Focal point for escalations as Level 2 primarily for HDE issues; work with other teams to maintain global security compliance on Windows workstations. Responsible for decommissioning legacy infrastructures as new technologies are deployed. Maintain knowledge of applicable Security Operations policies, regulations, and compliance documents specifically related to security. Be available 24/7 “on-call” for security related issues and “off-hour” planned maintenance or installations. Provide support to Incident Response and Cyber Investigations teams as needed. Show less
