I conduct Testing of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems under the ONC Certification Program. I strive to maintain communications with customers to inform them of the continuous ONC Certification Program updates, which may include answering test-related questions and/or providing guidance on the multitude of certification criteria requirements. I also currently assist in managing the Knowledge Base articles and Certification Test Tools that available in the Drummond Group Customer Portal.

United States

- Served as a Test Proctor under the 2015 Edition ONC Health IT Certification Program. Participated in live tests with vendors, validating C-CDA files of sample data from EHRs with internal test tools to determine ability of EHR to adhere to criteria for certification sponsored by the Office of the National Coordinator.- Developed and manage an automation tool to assist in Drummond Group’s ONC-ATL testing. Created project plan with SDLC Waterfall methods to develop the tool. Interviewed future users to collect requirements for functionality and front-end features. - Assisted with administration of Drummond Group’s Salesforce.com CRM updates which included onboarding activities for new clients and authorizations for existing clients. Tested new application integrations and processes in Sandbox environment. Utilized AppOmni to monitor and mitigate various security risks. Compiled Salesforce.com reports. Participated in corporate data cleaning.- Created and managed process improvement initiative to investigate information process flows. Identified digital document storage redundancies, data duplications, and other issues that threatened data integrity. Presented findings to key decision makers on data improvement activities which included recommendations for new document storage practices, enhanced application integrations, change management plans, and relevant financial implications.- Participated in marketing initiatives and companywide Salesforce.com multi-factor authentication rollouts.
