Trained the trainer in the software use and how Techsmith Relay integrates with the Ensemble Media Management platform. • Chair a cross functional team to write upgrade campus-wide cable service to HD and IPTV. Process required writing the RFP, future expansion planning, and overseeing installation. Resulted in increased service with a $50,000 annual savings in cost to the University.• Piloted and deployed a stable, scalable, and financially supportable campus-wide digital signage network including video feeds and 24/7 zoned feeds. • Innovative approach to clinical observation video recording system using Techsmith Relay and Ensemble for Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Psychology programs to maximize efficiencies while staying within budget restrictions.
