With over 4 collective years in the service industry, 3 of those being in a position of leadership, I aim to blend the skills I learned interacting and collaborating with people with the information and knowledge I gained throughout my degree and internship. Currently, as an intern at CEC Entertainment, I aid in maintaining a high level of excellence, learning and enforcing different QA standards and procedures - training and working alongside individuals with over a decade of experience. After 3 months of experience, I have been recognized by 2 leaders in the IT department, praising my “meticulous approach to testing and keen attention to detail” - as well as “proactively identifying several potential issues, showcasing a remarkable level of initiative.” My goal is always to do my part in a team environment, and to aim to exceed expectations. In a world of ever increasing divisiveness, I believe that we should put kindness, compassion, and cooperation above all else. Whether it’s simply holding the door for someone, or giving 110% to meet a deadline, any act, big or small, can make an impact on someone’s life.
