- Currently working on a 80 million dollar Design-Built Elementary School Project in South Los Angeles for LAUSD.- Currently assisting on a 20 million dollar LLB job for LBUSD. A brand new aquatic pool, locker room, and Low voltage/FA upgrade. - Currently assisting to close out a 60 million dollar job at Long Beach City College.

• Currently working on a High School in La Puente. As a CM, overseeing the construction of a new pool, locker room, a brand new kitchen/cafeteria. • Currently doing pre-con & bidding for an upcoming project within HLPUSD. Help start up a brand new Diversity group within the company "AAPI - Asian American Pacific Islander."- The AAPI group is called "REGAL - Reinforcing, Educating, & Guiding Asian Leader"- REGAL promotes advocacy and representation for Balfour Beatty’s Asian American and Pacific Islander teammates to strengthen cultural understanding and facilitate conversations to further our company’s inclusivity.- Presented within the Company inclusive diversity month/conference to spread awareness of the group & tackles issues that are related towards AAPI co-workers/community.
