• I was transferred here to turn around this troubled club by re-staffing, re-training and implementing organization and the proper systems. Facility is now a top ten club in traffic and the highest revenue producing.
• Managing: Oversaw two Assistant Department Heads (Days and Overnights) as well as multiple supervisors of an operation that runs 24 hours per day, 7 days a week & literally 365 days per year (no closing on holidays).
