Director Of Operations- Monster Jam Production
Current• Responsible for scheduling and managing operations live event production staff with a team of 3 full time direct reports and 32 part time staff• Responsible for the review, implementation and execution of a $500,000+ budget for all live event production• Work side by side with the brand team to ensure the delivery of all live event production asset’s which match the approved guidelines by facilitating internal changes and mandates for production• Oversee the production needs of multiple departments for digital media• Manage brand integrity and production needs for outside media filming at events• Oversee the Monster Jam TV broadcast team in formulating a plan to cover the events from pre production meetings, travel, camera locations, storylines, post editing and voice over.• Provide guidance and training to staff related to live event production. This included overseeing the Monster Jam Safety and Training Summit (500+ attendees), Monster Jam AV/Host Workshop (65+), and Monster Jam University Training (100+ attendees)• Coordinated the operations of additional “special events” including but not limited to the filming of Discovery Channels “The Diesel Brothers”, NBC’s “The Ellen Show” Average Andy filming, St Jude Children Research Hospital partnership, and a variety of other “special filming events”. Coordination included live event production, track construction, public relations, venue and fleet staff. • Coordinate the production of live streaming programs for Monster Jam Social Media. Programs include but are not limited to the Monster Jam Safety Summit, live event pre shows, season kickoff events, Monster Jam World Finals Encore’s• Gave guidance and assisted the Feld Entertainment Casting and Training Department whom are responsible for casting all Monster Jam Host and training of the Monster Jam drivers and crew on speaking roles during the live events, public relations filming, local media, TV broadcast, and social media.
