• Hire and manage touring staff including Production Stage Manager, Tour Coordinator, AV Managers, and Safety Officials
• Manage a touring staff of 50+ Monster Jam employees during the setup, show and load out process of Monster Jam events.

• Manage and train the group of 20+ Production Managers whom are responsible for working with fellow event managers, Monster Jam Host and venue personnel to make sure Monster Jam events maintain a flawless experience for.
• Plan, setup and execute 2,000-10,000 person pre show pit parties, including the clearing of large crowds from the live event floor prior to execution of the main performance
