Assisted in establishing the Los Angeles office of this Washington, D.C. based financial services advisory firm and building it into a multi-million dollar practice. Responsibilities included managing consulting staff and client engagements. Clients included local, regional and national banks and other financial services companies. Engagements focused heavily on implementing risk management practices utilizing a risk analysis model and framework developed from years of experience. Other engagements included strategic technology planning, regulatory exam preparation and other project management.
